Stitch Progressing can be moved forward or backward without embroidery while the frame is set to 1 stitch, 100 stitches, 1000 stitches, 10000 stitches and color code. When thread is miss or cut, the frame may be moved backward in unit of 1~10 stitches. The Auto Thread Trimming Device is automatically operated according to design code and setting and improves productivity as well as the quality of finished product. If upper thread is break or lower thread is absent, that is sensed to automatically stop the machine. The frame may be exactly moved to the position at the time of power interruption. This function reduces defect of finished product. The 3.5 in. floppy drive of external type is supplied to be connected with the Operation Box. Input, output and deletion of designs are possible with the floppy diskette. The stitch data and code(jump, end, thread trimming) of design may be deleted, modified and inserted. Individual setting at high/middle/low speed is possible. Various formats of design saved in USB memory, CF Card, and floppy disc may be automatically recognized. Input, output and deletion of designs are possible through the USB memory stick. Select the Frame Center Movement Function, and it automatically returns to the origin point and moves to the frame center. Select the desired frame(SQURE, ROUND) in the menu, and the frame limit suitted to the outline of the frame is set. It always produces an error before interference with the frame during subsidiary work or embroidery work to prevent trouble.
